Temperature control is the primary concern during design and construction process of mass concrete structures. As production has an enormous negative environmental impact, development green concretes will eventually become as important thermal characteristics. Therefore, this paper investigates use Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) steel slag aggregate for partial replacement natural in concrete. The impact EAF on workability, strength, behaviour was analysed. In addition, a cradle-to-gate LCA study conducted to evaluate footprint sustainability potential tested mixtures. results suggest that combination with low-heat cement high content blast furnace can significantly lower temperature, reduce increase concrete, while at same time providing sufficient workability compressive strength. indicate be upcycled into
